Betulin has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties, antioxidant, antimutagenic activity, the ability to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels, improve liver and kidney function, as well as other actions that can be used for human recovery.

Betulin is obtained from the white part of birch bark – the sap. Its white color is made up of a triterpene alcohol bioflavonoid called betulin (the Latin name for birch is Betula), but its dry extract also contains lupane, lupeol, betulin acetate, allobetulin, isobetulenol, oleic acid, and betulinic acid.

Betulin has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties, antioxidant, antimutagenic activity, the ability to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels, improve liver and kidney function, as well as other actions that can be used for human recovery. Betulin has great potential in the cosmetics industry and in the treatment of skin diseases.

According to the international toxicological classification, betulin is classified as a class four non-toxic substance. Birches never get sick. In the human body, betulin also has a protective effect, because at the molecular and atomic level, humans and plants are similar.

its use time.

Use of dietary supplements containing betulin.
Middle-aged and elderly people especially need betulin for restoring and maintaining health. Usually, older people have a whole “bouquet” of diseases: obesity, gastrointestinal diseases, diseases caused by atherosclerosis, liver diseases, gallstone and kidney stones, reduced immunity. In the case of these diseases, betulin can significantly improve the condition, even completely prevent the disease. To a certain extent, betulin can be called a panacea.

Betulin's effect is dose-dependent. The more severe the disease, the higher the dose needed to help. The body is able to assimilate and use 2 grams of betulin per day.
